Why I Decided To Use A Standing Desk

As someone who spends the majority of my time seated in front of a desk at work, I discover that shortage of exercise is a large issue for me. I’ve been slowly attaining weight over the past few months, constantly feel really tired, and my back again occasionally hurts from my bad posture that I can’t seem to fix. Without wanting to spend as well much money on ergonomic chairs, I started considering of other options. However it turns out the solution is simpler than I anticipated.

Standing up at your desk, as opposed to sitting, is an excellent method for solving these problems. It is difficult to slouch in a standing position, and it is also surprisingly difficult to really feel sluggish standing. It turns out that sitting with bad posture for extended periods of time is not just bad for the back, but the levels of bad cholesterol within the body increase whenever you sit too long. This leads to decreased metabolic process, and you guessed it… elevated fat gain!

By standing at your desk, you melt away more calories, are able to stay a lot more alert and awake, and may minimize back discomfort over time. Nevertheless, from my experience with a standing desk, standing has caused my feet to start hurting. Hopefully this is just because I’m not used to this position yet, or else I’ll need to slip into comfy shoes to wear while standing.

For now, I’ve just stood up my existing desk (fold up table) on some boxes. Until I buy a real standing desk, this crude setup should do just fine. One thing I actually do differently now is I have a tendency to move a lot while in a standing position, which I’m sure causes me to melt away a lot more calories. I stopped having back aches, but I do need to lie down sometimes to rest my feet.

For those of you looking to make use of your own standing desks, I extremely recommend making the switch. It won’t be an easy transition, but definitely will be worthwhile for your health. If you are someone who can go days at a time without having any exercise like me, forcing yourself to develop these healthier habits can help slow down the poor health we’re bound to encounter as we age. Either way, I’m sure everyone can always benefit from better health!

like how many hours 4-5 then take a pill and also like when before i eat or after i eat and how long should i wait before i eat ? or after i eat ? i work out every day i just want to speed up process and dont say they dont work because i ALLREADY BOUGHT AND DONT SAY THERES NO MAGIC PILL BECAUSE THEN AGAIN THERES NO MAGIC SCHOOL BUS BUT .. NO YOU STILL WATCH BIATCH!

I take them before exercise so i have more energy during a workout. Weight loss supplements usually have things in it for energy, so I don’t take them after 4-5 PM so I can actually fall asleep later at night.

2) Exercise or work out

It is high in antioxidants so it can aid in losing weight, with proper diet and exercise. It would be like eating a blueberry, no side effects, you can get it online and at local health stores.
